Explore ways to improve your confidence in both your own image of yourself and in how you relate with others.
Assertiveness is not about being unkind but is a way of relating to other people whereby you respect them but you also respect yourself. How you communicate with others in the words you use and in how you deliver your message can make a big difference to your quality of life on a daily basis.
